The Scorecard is a collaborative effort to elevate challenges faced by electric cooperative member-owners (customers) by Appalachian Voices, Piedmont Environmental Council, PVEC Member Voices, Repower REC, Solar United Neighbors, SVEC Check, Virginia Chapter of the Sierra Club, and Virginia Organizing. We have worked with Delegate Gooditis to introduce legislation to address some of these challenges.
